چکیده
Agent-based models are important tools for simulating farmers’ behaviour in response to changing environmental, economic or institutional conditions and policies. This article introduces an agent-based modelling approach that combines behavioural factors with standard bio-economic of agricultural production. More specifically, our framework integrates the cumulative prospect theory social interactions constrained optimisation decisions We apply exemplary model on assessment weed control decisions. Results show effects heterogeneous farm decision-making networks mechanical herbicide use. provides a generic conceptually sound improve scope representing allows simulation their recent advances economics be aligned existing systems.

Modelling behavioural contagion.
The last decade has seen much work on quantitative understanding of human behaviour, with online social interaction offering the possibility of more precise measurement of behavioural phenomena than was previously possible. A parsimonious model is proposed that incorporates several observed features of behavioural contagion not seen in existing epidemic model schemes, leading to metastable beha...

متن کاملFunction-based behavioural modelling
Using mathematical behaviour models to determine system performance is crucial to the design of complex systems. Nevertheless, during the early stages of design, it is often difficult to create behavioural models as component solutions have not been fully identified. What is known is information about the desired functionality of the system is known. Particularly for complex system design, func...
